  1. To differentiate between the versions of the Core 3588E board, refer to the image provided:

  • Version 1.0: Golden Nut, 3mm height.
  • Version 2.0: Silver Nut, 2.2mm height.
  1. To mount the Core 3588E Heatsink, follow these instructions based on the board version:

  • Version 2.0: The Core 3588E Heatsink is fully compatible with Version 2.0 Core 3588E board. It can be mounted directly.

  • Version 1.0: Some users who own the Version 1.0 Core 3588E board also purchase the Heatsink. So we provide an additional silicone pad to ensure better compatibility between Version 1.0 Core 3588E board and Core 3588E Heatsink. Please refer to the following pics:

*Please note that the difference between Version 1.0 and Version 2.0 lies in their Heatsink compatibility, but it does not affect their functionalities.

When you purchase the Core 3588E Heatsink from April 10th, both Version 1.0 and Version 2.0 silicone heat pads will be included.
