I did try to pay with paypal for heatsink for core 3588E, but got the error:
[UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The requested action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation. https://developer.paypal.com/api/rest/reference/orders/v2/errors/#PAYEE_ACCOUNT_RESTRICTED
is any idea why?
