We really need a 7.22.1 Zwave firmware for the Mixtile 2-in-1.
It fixes some significant issues specific to the Zwave 800 chips jamming on heavy loads.
Any chance this is going to happen?
Thanks,
Jason

Any feedback on this?
I see frequent controller jams on the 7.21 firmware (on all 800 series controllers - including this one after I tested it). It happens more often on large networks than small, and I see it a lot on my 100+ device network.
I don’t think I understand your post.
I’m very familiar with how to flash firmware, I’ve done it dozens of times (literally) on my many other Z-Wave controllers.
The mixtile board uses custom firmware (per mixtile) that only mixtile can provide.
I’m asking them to provide a version based on 7.22.1 sdk for this board so that I can flash it.
I wish it used generic Silicon Labs firmware, then I could flash it whenever I want instead of waiting for them to provide a custom one.
Perhaps, there have not been any Z-Wave firmware updates yet. The mixtile upgrade tool they supply for does zigbee only and it just executes the homeassistant silabs generic downloader binary to do it so that’s why I thought it wasn’t proprietary but obviously the company would know better.
Mixtile has not released any zwave firmware updates yet - but they really need to as the 7.21.3 firmware they ship with has some relatively big issues specific to the zwave 800 chip that were fixed in the 7.22.1 sdk…
And thanks for the links above. While I know how to do that, I’m sure others won’t, so that was nice of you!
Hi, Jason and everyone in the thread, the Mixtile 2-in-1 Z-Wave firmware 7.22.1 has now been released. Please see this doc for the firmware and update instructions.
Have a nice day!
Wow, that was quick
Nice work!
