The Controller Board of the Cluster Box features a factory reset function, which allows for restoration of the default firmware even in cases where firmware updates go wrong or the system fails to boot. To initiate this process, follow these steps: Connect the power supply to the Cluster Box, then press and hold the power button for more than 5 seconds before releasing it. The device will automatically restart, and the power indicator light will begin flashing. Wait for approximately 2 to 3 minutes, during which time the device will revert to its original firmware, enabling a normal startup sequence.
