Troubleshoot Expired token

I cannot use my app. All of my devices show inactive worth a message hub not connected. If I try to delete my hub get an error ‘Token expired’.
I have tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling but no change.
If I try to logout of my online profile it crashes the app and I have to uninstall and reinstall again.

Are you using Android or Apple? And do you know which firmware your hub has?

Hi Bac,

I am using Android, as for the firmware of my hub, as I am getting the token expired message in the app I cannot check. I assume it is the latest as I have done a manual reset to update it

Hi David,

Did you have the same problem when you re-installed the app and login? When you re-login to your account, a new token should be created. Could you send us a video of the issue at support@mixtile.com

I cleared the cache manually and re-logged in. No longer have token issue. But now when I try to pair the hub it says I am not the owner.

Hi,

That issue may occur if you have deleted the hub from your app before. The only way to get it back is factory resetting the hub.

I have done a factory reset a have have been able to re- configure.
